Guest Speaker - Douglas Arthur
We are excited to have Douglas Arthur to speak at our Florida Leaders meeting. This session will be for all ministry staff, elders, leadership in lieu of elders, future elders and wives of the same.
Douglas comes to us with a unique set of qualifications. He has experience as a church planter of the London church. He knows what it is like to have been out of the ministry after 2003. Since then he was the Lead Evangelist at a smaller church, Baltimore, and now the great Boston church. He knows how to lead and turn around churches of different sizes.
The regional impact of the NE churches has been a model and inspiration to the Florida family of churches. Douglas has been instrumental in the NE region planting more churches, becoming more unified, and training and developing leadership for the future.
He would be the first to say that the success of his ministry experience is due to the hand of God and the support and leadership of a team of elders, ministry staff and dedicated and devoted lay leadership.
We will begin our program 7:30 Thursday evening, July 21. Friday morning we will begin at 9 AM and should conclude no later than 1 PM. We will have time for Q and A with Douglas to help with our specific concerns.
This will be one of the events that will we will be talking about for years. Do all you can do to be here and bring others as well. This time is for all ministry staff, elders and others you would consider a part of your leadership group now or in the near future.
